- Partnered with the CEO of YER global and board members to co-create an integration plan that went beyond the standard value creation approach.
- Facilitated reflective spaces for the integration team to explore people, values, and culture — enabling a smooth transition to a newly formed management team in Germany and laying the foundation for the rebranding strategy.
- Building on this solid foundation, the team developed a coherent plan for internal corporate services and an adapted remuneration scheme and legal and regulatory framework.
- Despite the complexity of a double integration — merging Avantgarde Experts and Staffxperts into one unified YER Germany — the process unfolded smoothly, grounded in trust and shared ownership.
