- I partner with founder teams to strengthen trust, align on shared values, and intentionally shape a company culture that enables sustainable high performance. Our work focuses on navigating complex interpersonal dynamics, fostering open and constructive dialogue, and building the foundations for effective collaboration, clear decision-making, and long-term alignment.
Redesigning a Key Offering, YER Netherlands, March 2025 – October 2025
- Partnered with the team to reimagine a key offering and create space for honest reflection and shared ownership. By asking different questions and bringing fresh perspectives, the team broke with old patterns and sparked change that reached beyond the product — strengthening alignment, collaboration, and impact across the organization.
Post-Merger Integration Germany, YER Global, June 2024 – December 2024
- Partnered with the CEO of YER global and board members to design an integration plan that went beyond the standard value creation approach.
- Created reflective spaces for the integration team to explore people, values, and culture — enabling a smooth transition to a newly formed management team in Germany and laying the foundation for the rebranding strategy.
- Building on this solid foundation, the team developed a coherent plan for internal corporate services and an adapted remuneration scheme and legal and regulatory framework.
- Despite the complexity of a double integration — merging Avantgarde Experts and Staffxperts into one unified YER Germany — the process unfolded smoothly, grounded in trust and shared ownership.
LEADERSHIP PROFILE
I have extensive managerial experience in various positions such as Managing Director, Line of Business Manager, Project Manager, and Operating Partner. During my career, I have managed companies and business units with up to 500 employees and led intercultural and cross-functional teams of up to 50 members.
My areas of expertise include change management, digital transformation of product portfolios and processes, organizational design, and post-merger integration. I have a proven track record of success in these areas, utilizing a transformational leadership style to address complex business problems.
I am skilled at developing and implementing concepts for sustainable value enhancement, as well as employing short-term optimization strategies. I take a hands-on and assertive approach in achieving results.
